LOGISTICS
Our fleet is equipped to transport the most sensitive and valuable equipment on your production in complete safety. We have vehicles of different capacities, all fitted with suitable securing and suspension systems to ensure that lenses, cameras and lighting arrive on set in perfect condition. We work with productions of every size, from one-day shoots to long-running projects, and we coordinate transport with the same team that manages the equipment warehouse. This allows us to optimise loading and unloading schedules and make sure the gear always reaches the set on time, with no delays that could jeopardise the shooting schedule.
POWER
We guarantee power for your production, even in the most remote locations or those without access to mains electricity. Our generators are sound-attenuated and designed to run next to the set without interfering with location sound recording. They are mounted on our own vehicles, which travel directly to the shooting location. They provide a stable, continuous supply to cameras, lighting and all other equipment, preventing voltage drops that could compromise the shooting schedule. We work with productions of every size, from one-day shoots to long-running projects, coordinating power with the same team that manages the equipment warehouse, so that everything arrives on set ready to run.
RESTAURANT
We provide a fully equipped restaurant space to serve meals to the entire production crew, without anyone having to leave the premises. It is a comfortable, functional environment, able to host large groups and keep the working rhythm going throughout the day. The space can serve meals at different times, adapting to the shooting schedule of each production, and has tables and seating areas designed so the whole crew can rest between takes. It is a way of keeping the production concentrated in a single location, without losing time travelling for meals.

The NI Building comprises 4 private rooms, with areas ranging from 8.26 m² to 14.10 m², each equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Separate, independent rooms allow different teams to work at the same time, with privacy and without interfering with one another.
The NBN Building comprises 3 private rooms, with areas ranging from 12.78 m² to 21.88 m², all equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Separate, independent rooms allow different teams to work at the same time, with privacy and without interfering with one another. Each room is set up for production meetings or office work. It is a private space in Lisbon, designed for the day-to-day work of production teams.
The LF Building is Show Reel’s largest workspace, with 8 private rooms ranging from 12.65 m² to 41.40 m², all equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The variety of sizes lets each room be adapted to the need of the moment, from quick meetings to larger spaces for full crews. The building also has two purpose-built rooms: a Production Room, designed for production meetings in a more informal setting with sofas, and a Zoom Room, dedicated to video calls. With this range of spaces, LF keeps pace with a production from start to finish, whether it is a briefing between a few people or a full meeting with the entire crew.
